Roy has been a fantastic PT with his support in my physical health and my mental health. He takes care and pride in the advice and information he provides to make sure his clients are getting the best care they need. He has supported me with my knee rehab and continues to support me in building me up to a high fitness level. I have appreciated his kindness, health advice and sense of humour; it has all made a massive difference in my life in a positive way. Roy is the #1 reason I remain motivated to keep training, month after month. He is full of energy, advice and charisma and utilises this marvellously to get the most out of training sessions. I thoroughly enjoy both HIIT sessions and personal training with Roy. I would recommend him to anyone.
